Two weeks ago our son, O'Man, barbecued for our family using wood from our pecan trees instead of charcoal. He started the fire and let the embers ash over. He waited a good 3-4, maybe 5, hours. None of the meat was burnt! :)
Did you know an onion works really well to clean the grill? It sure does! That's what he's doing in this photo.
Here is what we ended up with . . . and boy, oh boy, was it ever goo-ood!! :)
We had hotdogs, hamburgers, drumsticks and ALL the fixin's. It wasn't long before we had our little man come by askin' fer some grub.
He had a hankerin' fer Bar-B-Q!!
